About the practice

A London commodity analysis desk built for physical-market decisions.

Why we exist

Price chatter moves faster than physical balances. Endpoint Routecore was founded to give commercial teams a disciplined read on commodity price trends — the kind of assessment that can sit beside an internal model without pretending to replace the people who know the cargoes, the mills, or the roasters.

How we work

We start with the decision, not the chart. If a Midlands manufacturer needs a copper cover view before a board hedge approval, the assessment is built around that date, that grade, and that storage reality. If a softs importer wants a seasonal read on arabica, we weigh origin weather and certified stocks alongside the futures strip.

Analysts write in plain English. Assumptions are listed. When the evidence is thin, we say so.

Roots in GB markets

Our office at Level 9, 48 Cornhill places us among the City’s long tradition of trade houses and brokers. Much of our work supports United Kingdom buyers and producers who price against London or ICE references while shipping physical goods through British ports and inland stores.

Values we hold to

  • Specificity over theatre — name the commodity, the horizon, and the invalidation points.
  • Independence — we are paid by the client commissioning the brief, not by brokerage flow.
  • Proportion — a short cover window does not need a hundred-page treatise.
  • Respect for the desk — your operators know the cargo; we sharpen the price path discussion.

People

Engagements are led by senior analysts with backgrounds in physical trading support, research desks, and procurement advisory. Junior researchers handle data collection and fact-checking; the directional view is always signed by the lead who will take the review call.
