Assessment
Procurement price review
A structured review of how your recent purchase prices sit against market references — and what that implies for the next cover window.
Who benefits
Manufacturers and food or beverage businesses that buy physical commodities on contracts or spot and want an independent sense-check before the next cover period. The review is especially useful when internal views diverge or when a new supplier quote looks unusually cheap or dear.
Scope
We compare your anonymised purchase history (or selected invoices) against relevant exchange and physical references, note timing and basis effects, and outline what the current market structure suggests for the next cover window. The deliverable is a short memo plus a forty-five-minute call.
Confidentiality
Commercial figures stay under NDA. We never share client purchase data across engagements. You may redact supplier names if preferred; grade, volume timing, and price are usually enough.
Timeline and fees
Most reviews complete within seven business days of receiving usable purchase extracts. Fees start at £1,900 for a single commodity stream. Start a procurement price review.
