1. Agreement

By using https://endpoint-routecore.digital or commissioning work from Endpoint Routecore, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Services

Endpoint Routecore provides professional commodity price trend assessment, briefings, and related market commentary. Deliverables are described in individual proposals. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to execute trades, provide discretionary portfolio management, or give regulated retail investment advice.

3. Engagements and fees

Fees, deposits, timelines, and scope are set out in writing before work begins. Additional work outside scope requires written agreement. Invoices are payable as stated on the proposal.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information needed for the engagement and obtain any internal approvals required to share commercial data. Delays in providing materials may shift delivery dates.

5. Intellectual property

Reports, slides, and notes we create remain our intellectual property until fees are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them internally for your business. You may not resell or republish our materials without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential information private, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party. NDAs may supplement these terms for specific engagements.

7. Liability

Assessments reflect judgement based on available information and can prove incorrect as markets move. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or trading losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

8. Website use

Website content is informational. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
